Overview 

Transform nightmares, reclaim your bed, and access dream-based repair

Sleep is one of the body’s deepest repair systems—and one of the first things disrupted by stress, trauma,grief, or chronic overwhelm. When nights become restless and dreams turn unsettling, the nervous systemstays in survival mode. But when we learn to gently work with sleep, nightmares, and dreams, the nightbecomes a powerful ally for healing.

In my 6-Week Sleep & Dream Reconnection Program, we explore sleep as an embodied practice, dreamworkas insight, and nighttime rituals as a bridge back to safety. Through somatic settling, guided imagery, parts-work reflections, and lucid dreaming skills, you’ll learn to transform your nights into a space for restoration,clarity, and inner guidance.

As a trained Lucid Dream Facilitator, I support you in accessing your dreamworld as a source of resilience andpost-traumatic repair. Research continues to show how conscious dreamwork can soothe PTSD symptoms,reduce anxiety, and resolve long-held emotional stress.
